Located in Mautern on the southern bank of the Danube, only 2 km from Krems, the Nikolaihof offers very spacious, classically equipped rooms with panoramic views over the Wachau Valley. Guests can relax in a sauna and in the large swimming pond with a wooden deck in the garden. A tranquil, beautifully maintained garden with a refreshing natural pool. A friendly and very helpful owner, who was able to recommend some cycling options as well as several places to eat. All the staff were very nice. Very clean and spacious accommodation - we got an upgrade and had a small chalet just for the two of us. Very good breakfast - fresh, tasty and very good choice. We hope to visit again.

Built in 1574 as a shipmaster’s house, Renaissancehotel Raffelsberger Hof B&B is a protected building in the historic village centre of Weißenkirchen in the Wachau. It offers rooms with free WiFi, free parking, and a varied breakfast buffet. Amazing hotel, so far the best accomodation on our cycling trip. It's very relaxing, clean, misterious and cosy. The breakfast was delicious. Really didn't want to leave.

Good location close to the river Danube. The apartment is very clean, beautiful, modern, well-equipped, large and comfortable for 4-5 persons. There is free parking place for a car as well. Wifi is good. There are also a lot foods in the fridge for reasonable price, if someone doesn't have enough food. :) The owner is very friendly, helpful and kind. Flexible check-in and check-out. Very good value for money, I can gladly recommend for anybody even for longer stay.

Great staff members, great food, great room, great spa options. Only one hour from Vienna, but it helps disconnect and relax. I will go back for sure!

You can park your car free of charge on site. This apartment is amazing. The facilities are excellent, a modern residence in an old house. We just had to g’et used to the fact that everything was open-area, kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom in a large room. However, the toilet is on it’s own 😀. Lovely large balcony. The village it-selskab is a bit dull, but surrounded by vineyards and from the bedroom window it overbookes the beautiful monastery of Stift Göttweig.
