The family atmosphere was charming and we enjoyed seeing the animals.

We booked a few days holiday in the top studio room and were blown away by the incredible view. From our balcony, we had a breathtaking panorama of the lake and snow-capped mountains. The spa was clean and cozy, providing a relaxing retreat. The breakfast served was superb, offering a variety of delicious options. We also highly recommend trying the dinner at the hotel restaurant; the food was absolutely wonderful. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely return.

Deluxe room= spacious bed room. However the room was only three quarters usable as the ceiling was diagonal due to the roof. Big wardrobe. Breakfast was big and varied. Lovely wooden room interior. Lady replenishing Buffet in Dirndl dress. Pet cleaning fee for the room either 10 or 15€/night, I cannot remember. No treats or other services for the pet however. Restaurant dinner food was ok, but not great. Staff was kind, even though usually quite busy.

The location was perfect! The apartment is very clean, spacious. The facilities provided exceeded our expectations - we even have an oven in the apartment. The chocolate cheesecake was decadent and the coffee was awesome.

The location is superb, including the quick access to the beach and amazing views. The staff was very nice and forthcoming. The breakfast was very rich, including possibility to order cooked meal (inclusive). The chef did also a great job for the dinners. Very good bikes are on offer for free. The common areas had their charm, including the two pianinos, utilized by the guests. Overall a very nice stay, which was not even affected by the frequent rain.
