We arrived there to be greeted by Nisa, at the reception, who made us feel welcome from the first moment. She also helped us several times throughout our stay, always friendly and kind. The hotel is very charming, the location is perfect. The size of the room was ok. The bathroom with glass doors feels like it is directly in the room but I don't consider this a major problem. We liked the hotel but more than this we liked the service a lot which is why we booked another stay here in October.

This is my favourite hotel. The rooms are so nice - good size, big and comfortable bed, so clean, they look good. Breakfast was amazing. You just order what you like. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was great, walking distance to all sites, shopping etc. Also close to train.
