The house and garden were truly beautiful with outstanding amenities and a very comfortable, liveable feel. It was easily acessible by car and felt very private and secure. The owner who met us was friendly, helpful and remained contactable throughout the stay for questions without intruding. We enjoyed eating fresh fruit from the garden, sitting out in the sun and relaxing in two great sitting areas. Cooking facilities, hot water heater and showers worked perfectly. The steam room and cold water swimming pool were very clean and were an added bonus. The location was a perfect base for seeing all of the very varied areas and attractions of Tenerife by rental car (which we did).

very nice spacious apartment. excellent equipment in kitchen. Beautiful pool and rooftop area for sunbathing and reading etc. The picture windows create a wonderful light. Very good for all facilities and trams 10 minutes walk provide access to city centre and La Laguna. Very nice and helpful hosts.

It's the 2nd time I was here and for good reason. Everything about this location is great. Clean, spacious, huge terrace with grill, kitchen with everything you need, even a gym on a second terrace. Alberto took good care of us and we were even able to checkout very late the next day since nobody was checking in. Great experience overall, my first choice whenever I am in town.
