I booked this place for 2 nights but due to change on my plans I had to stay only for one night. The policy did not allow any modification, however Vicky (the owner) did everything possible to make my stay easier and comfortable. He accepted an early check-in, so I entered 5 hours before the normal check-in time. He also offered me free lunch and transport to get to the airport on the day of my departure. The place was just amazing! Comfortable room with a nice double bed and a spacious bathroom and good wifi. All very traditional according to the architectural style of the city. The location was unbeatable, just next to the main Haveli (traditional palace museum mansion) and very near to the other two most important Havelis (7 minutes max. walking distance) of Jaisalmer. More or less the same distance to get to the Jaisalmer Fort by foot and approximately 1km away from the Gadisar Lake which is another attraction in the city. Nonetheless, the big plus of the accommodation is its terrace! Having breakfast there or any meal is a must do thing and also get to the highest part of the terrace, offers fairly the best possible view to the Jaisalmer Fort. I recommend checking it both day and night! Overall I had a great stay there and I wish I could have stayed there for more!

I travelled with my three dogs, and all of us had the best time ever. The staff were very accomodating with regard to dogs' requirements too! Loved the experience!

To the benefit of the profitability of the venture but to the detriment of the overall atmosphere. The resort's service is excellent. The food is very tasty - local traditional cuisine. The resort is located on the edge of a nature reserve. A place especially recommended for animal and bird lovers. It offers the opportunity to observe many rare species. With a little effort on the part of the owners, it can become a unique place in India - the equivalent of Africa wildlife lodges. Highly recommended.

Perfeita para quem procura fazer uma pausa da vida agitada e citadina das cidades. Adequado para famílias e para relaxar. O Jai e a sua equipa é muito atenciosa e disponível. Sendo amante de vida animal, não poderia ter ficado em melhor sítio. Recomendo.
