Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool area was clean with plenty of lounge chairs. Rooms were well appointed with plenty of towels. Beach restaurants a short walk away. Balcony area on third floor offers great view of the castle. Overall, location is good and very quiet.

It was right on the ocean and it had a pool. The staff was extremely kind! The people on Ischia were all so very friendly. Very relaxed.

The location is fantastic, centrally located, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The rooftop restaurant had a beautiful view and fair restaurant. The restaurant did include a wonderful vegetable buffet included with dinner. My lunch daily was the best bruschetta I ever have eaten.

Great location - walking distance of the port, bus station, restaurants, supermarket and shops - the area was quiet and I felt safe. Breakfast was very good with different cakes each day. Lunches and dinners can also be booked at the hotel restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful and can arrange tours. The room was very clean and spacious. Unfortunately I did not have time to make use of the extensive spa facilities that are available.
