This property is incredible! The rooms were stunning and so large. I had no idea how amazing the safari rides would be- Justice and Elvis did such an amazing job at making us feel safe and finding/getting up close to the big 5. The service is impeccable- Tinyiko our server was so kind and we felt so cared for. I wasn’t expecting much for the food- due to it being all inclusive- but it was absolutely amazing quality, ingredients and preparation.

GO TO KAPAMA!!! This experience was absolutely incredible. From the lodge to every meal we had, the people working there are out of this world, and our tracker and spotter were a team like never seen before. We had the most amazing sightings, delicious meals, incredible wines, and the best chats and laughs with all the personnel working there. Everything is so clean and beautiful. Also enjoyed the spa, which was also incredible. Real value for money!

Also the food in restaurant was delicious and thanks to Johan for great service . I was a little bit anxious about our stay at Kapama Karula as I had not had the best experience with the reservation consultant Marieke, who had come across as cold and dismissive each time we spoke on the phone, but boy was I blown away by the quality of service from the staff at the actual lodge! First class service, first class facilities, first class experience! Our game ranger and tracker, Bongani and Michael had the most interesting facts and insights during the game drives, I felt as though I was at a safari academy of some sort! Our waiter Mandla was always so warm and so helpful! The hotel also organized a private dinner in the library to celebrate my husband’s birthday, which was a really special touch! I absolutely loved our stay at Kapama and would certainly go back time and time again!
