The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The location was convenient, close to the centre. The girl at the reception was the best! She was so smiley and chatty. I'd stay there again just because of her :)

Great location. 5-10 minute walk to Old Quarter. Decently comfortable beds (other than the one on the floor (no sofa bed) - quite hard.) The staff was exceptional. Thank you Apple and Lee. Very kind and helpful. Apple helped us locate our missing luggage which was super helpful as we were struggling because of the language barrier.

We had a comfortable stay at Ficus Suites. The apartment building is located on an inner street which is way less chaotic than the main road and is very quiet at night. The apartment we stayed in was spacious and clean. There is also a kitchen with the necessary equipment to prepare your own food. In the bathroom they have a Japanese style toilet which I found very interesting. They also have a washing machine on the balcony. The staff was very cordial and welcoming, they speak perfect English and are very helpful giving you information about Hanoi or helping you with anything you might need. A small note is that the windows weren't closing completely and if it is cold outside (sounds weird but that can happern) then it can get a bit colder.

Absolutely loooved the accommodation. I've lost a lot of time searching for hotels in Hanoi because I've had some bad experiences, but these suites have been top!! I tried 2 different rooms, the studio and the 2 room apartment and they are both spacious, well equipped, sparkling clean and with very comfy beds. Also, the people at the reception are the kindest souls I've met! They've helped me with so much, from booking a sleeper bus, to booking a taxi to the airport, to checking in in the middle of the night. They are true professionals and their service was impeccable

very spacious apartment, 3 bedroom with en-suite bathroom, with all the relevant appliance like microwave, oven and dish washing, interestingly enough there is no washing machine in a 260m square apartment, but we see from the booking site there exists washing machine in smaller rooms.
