Hotels near Primm

The whole resort feels tired & run down. We were so looking forward tp going, but were extremely disappointed. If you want to going to the casinos carry on the highway a bit longer & go to Vegas.

Everything on this property is broken. Nothing works. They tried to stuff us in the oldest murder room in the building after we booked a "premium courtyard king" then argued with us that we had to pay for upgrade if we wanted room in the pictures. False fire alarm woke up entire building at 8 am! What fun. Pool is seasonal and not when it's 85 degrees out apparently. The roller coaster doesn't work. Hasn't in ever. I wouldn't ride it if they fired it up either. The monorail between the resorts also does not work. The log ride thing also not working. The arcade room for kids has several machines that still accept money and don't work. The hot tub in the pictures? Not there. No idea where it is. We never saw one. Pool is closed even though there is no mention of this during booking process or after. The carpet in the hallways is so old it bunches up and wrinkles everywhere. We finally got the room in pictures that we paid for after 2 hours of aggravation. We were charged 15 a night for a rollaway for our 3 year old when it's clearly listed here as a 10 dollar up charge per night. Even in our remodeled room we had to have maintenance come re attach the toilet seat. I will not stay here again for any reason.

Borderline ready to be torn down, hallway ceiling tiles damaged and Tee bar exposed and poking through. Rooms are extremely worn and not clean, maid didn’t come by once to clean room during my 3 day stay. Staff was rude from check in to casino dealers.

Great place to stay if you would like to save more $$ for other things instead of an over priced room. If you're a coffee junky like we are bring your own coffee pot if you can and plan for no mini fridge in the room. The wait at Denny's in BB too long so walked over to Primm and had the brunch buffet. Good price and good food.

The valet service was pretty good and the concert was great, everything else was just awful. I may give primm valley resort a try but I will never set foot in buffalo bills again unless they have a concert that I can't pass up

Location was perfect not caught up in the hussle and bussle of the strip, unfortunately, everything was closed during the week, yet was open weekend, room service was a dissapointment, we pay a lot of fees and yet our room was never cleaned, they did bring us towels after we complained, yet overall the place is affordable and easy traffice back to California
