I’ve stayed here many times and the rooms are very spacious as well as the bathrooms just like at home. I also enjoyed the fact that they always have body lotion and conditioner. Wall mounted to the wall, which is very handy and convenient.

The daily breakfast buffet is excellent, croissants are very tasty
The hotel is nice but average value for the high price.
The hotel is nice but average value for the high price. The only problem we had every time we stay there: the very shallow sink in the bathroom splashes and does not evacuate and the floor is probably mopped but not rinsed with clean water so it sticks to the shoes.
The hotel is beautiful and in the heart of West Hartford. Complimentary valet upon arrival. They decor in the lobby was beautiful. Staff was very accommodating. They offered beverages at check-in and I am not sure if that is all the time or because it was Valentine's day weekend. The room was elegant. When you walk in, the fragrance is so inviting and warm. The deluxe king is a very nice size. The bathroom had everything you needed. The robes were a nice touch and the shoes were nice but are not made for wide feet. Very restful night.
This was my first visit to West Hartford and this hotel. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the room was impeccable; nothing was falling apart - no peeling wallpaper, no scratches on walls or missing grout on bathroom floor etc. The pride taken in the upkeep of this hotel is the same pride I have with my own home - their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I also liked the giant opening windows, the pillows, the bed overall and the shower water pressure.
Everything was just perfect - a great stay.
This house was beautiful. It has all the amenities you need, was bigger than I expected and very comfortable. The host was very responsive and I loved how easy the check in was. The house was clean and cozy. It was only 9 minutes away from Hartford and also not a long drive to amazing restaurants in West Hartford.
It was my first time in the area, I loved how convenient it was and I was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!
No breakfast, location is good but hotel area looks unsafe, the appearance is uncare for. No one is at the front desk must of the time. The tv didn’t work for the first 2 hours when I checked in and when started working it was snowing and could not see anything. I will never be back or recommend it.
The guy at the front desk was very helpful and understood that we did not want to stay there due to the condition of the hotel during construction. The entire hotel was mostly abandoned, there were no other cars in the parking lot or garage.
We were in West Hartford for a funeral. The location was right next door to the funeral home. And - obviously - the price was attractive. The only other hotel in town was $400 a night. The bathroom was clean, as were the sheets.
