I’ve stayed here many times and the rooms are very spacious as well as the bathrooms just like at home. I also enjoyed the fact that they always have body lotion and conditioner. Wall mounted to the wall, which is very handy and convenient.

The hotel is nice but average value for the high price. The only problem we had every time we stay there: the very shallow sink in the bathroom splashes and does not evacuate and the floor is probably mopped but not rinsed with clean water so it sticks to the shoes.

They decor in the lobby was beautiful. Staff was very accommodating. They offered beverages at check-in and I am not sure if that is all the time or because it was Valentine's day weekend. The room was elegant. When you walk in, the fragrance is so inviting and warm. The deluxe king is a very nice size. The bathroom had everything you needed. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the room was impeccable; nothing was falling apart - no peeling wallpaper, no scratches on walls or missing grout on bathroom floor etc. The pride taken in the upkeep of this hotel is the same pride I have with my own home - their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I also liked the giant opening windows, the pillows, the bed overall and the shower water pressure. Everything was just perfect - a great stay.

The tv didn’t work for the first 2 hours when I checked in and when started working it was snowing and could not see anything. I will never be back or recommend it.
