Upon arrival there were prostitutes in the parking lot.

Upon arrival there were prostitutes in the parking lot. Could not get a refund. The floors and the room were extremely slippery and unsafe. I asked the people at the front desk if they could fix the problem, they told me housekeeping was not available but I was more than welcome to clean it. I then let them know that I was handicapped and I paid for a service and I was not there to work. He then offered me sheets to lay on the floor to walk on. There was mold on the shower curtain. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows suck too! Unbelievable to say the least!

    Nothing!

Nothing! This is supposed to be a Wyndam property and it was disgusting! I felt like our car was going to get broken into and we were going to be robbed. The police showed up and there was police activity.

We didn't get shot, so that was a plus I guess.

We didn't get shot, so that was a plus I guess. Industrial area, some food options, but loud construction not at all walkable, and while the various food options around had nice people, it would not be a place I'd recommend anyone stay unless it was the last hotel/motel room within 30- miles.

It's essentially, a seedy motel with prostitutes and drug sales . We would have demanded a refund after seeing the room, but the staff had disappeared in the time it took us to walk back downstairs so we just left.

I basically was forced to except the room on the second floor when I have disabilities I was traveling with a two-year-old. After that I was not informed that there odd numbers of the rooms Where is the back of the building. Once entering my room and preparing to take a shower I discover roaches and holes in the shower curtain there were no other rooms so I have indoor this for the rest of the night along with the refrigerator ticking tick tick tick tick ticking. Employees seem very nonchalant and unaccommodating. I will never stay here again and I will never recommend this place to anyone in fact I will discourage them from staying here. The following morning I called the front desk and spoke to an employee Hope proceeded to tell me that he didn’t know when the manager was coming and I left my phone number my cell phone number for the manager to call me so we can resolve this issue and I never received a phone call is fine three business days.

The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was great.

The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was great. Location is nice. All the Holiday Inns seems to be dated. The popcorn ceilings are dated. The carpets are all old and need to be replaced with some sort of tile. When carpet is down too long it gives off an odor.

Best water pressure and hot water in any hotel I've ever stayed in! To be honest I could of booked it for the week just because the showers were out of control. Bed was very Clean and Bug free! Thank you Jesus for that. Overall I'd differently will book here again in the future, but seriously if you stay at this hotel with children or elderly be extremely cautious!!! The HOT WATER Will literally send you to the emergency room for real.

The staff was extremely friendly. And considering the amount of evacuees including pets they were always smiling and willing to help with any needs. The breakfast staff was exceptional considering the short period of time they had to prepare for a full hotel. The staff deserves a lot of kudos from the corporate office.

Though the location seemed to be run down, we could walk to nearby Mexican restaurant that was as good as the staff told us it was. The motel itself was old and had seen better days but the price was more than fair for the accommodations as they were.
