FANTASTIC! We like this rental so much that this is our second time renting here. We have had a positive experience from the first step to handing over the keys at the end. It's in a great location that is off the beaten path but easy to get to everything. The neighborhood is peaceful and clean. The neighbors are nice.
The house is gorgeous! The views starting on the main floor are hypnotic. Great ocean views. The beds are comfortable and there are ample blankets to add on if needed. We really like the multi-tiered home it's a neat layout.
The kitchen is well appointed - Love the dishwasher... super quiet.
The garage access is a nice bonus.

Customer service all around everyone greeted us with a smile.
We stayed one night as we boarded our ship the next morning.
We stayed one night as we boarded our ship the next morning. We will not stay at the Crown Plaza again. We did enjoy the restaurant in the town around the pier and they were all within walking distance of the hotel.

The main problem for people staying longer than a day or so is that the restaurant is quite small for the number of hotel rooms.
That said the service and food was good but perhaps a little slow - with a quite limited choice.
If you do not have your own transport there are no nearby restaurants to which you may walk.

We love San Pedro!
We love San Pedro! The town has a cute Little Italy area and many other food choices. It’s on the water and yet close to the freeway system. If you travel 5 minutes, you can get most chain stores. It’s a small town close to the LA area.

If you are going on a cruise it is right across the street.
If you are going on a cruise it is right across the street. It is .8 miles from office to cruise line. Allowed me to park there for my cruise for less money. When I cruise again I will stay there for at least one night. Many attractions across Harbor Blvd. There is USS Iowa and Ports of Call is a little farther down along the Harbor.

We were staying for just one day in order to leave for a cruise. We arrived on time and we’re looking forward to seeing the maritime Museum and naval vessel. Unfortunately we did not get to go because of the totally inadequate check in process at the hotel.
Although we only stayed overnight, the staff couldn't have been more helpful right from check-in to checkout. This is an economy hotel so don't expect luxurious conditions. Our family stayed in 4 rooms. All 4-rooms were clean and appeared to have been recently updated. Staff even booked 2 cabs for us for the short drive to the cruise ship terminal. Couldn't have asked for better service.
We stayed for 1 night before a cruise. We were able to check in early (thank you) and upon checkout, we spoke to Emma about the possibility of storing our bags upon our return (7 days later). Even though we were not staying upon our return to San Pedro from our cruise, the hotel allowed us to keep our bags stored until we left later that day. A big thank you for allowing us to do that.
The hotel is really close to the cruise port and yet if you come in a day early, there are plenty of areas to walk along the marina. That was very nice to have. The breakfasts were outstanding. Both the buffet and the à la cart were absolutely amazing. The hotel is showing a little wear and tear, but it is still in good shape really and we enjoyed our stay very much.
everything was nasty disgusting this hotel needs to be demolished immediately if people are rude the security guard was asleep all night nobody not even the housekeepers clean this room that prostitute whores and crackheads all over the place so Avoid this place at all cost
The home is well decorated and super clean. They have provided lots of creature comforts to facilitate and make easy everything from cooking to having toiletries in the bathroom. The home is also very close to downtown San Pedro. Great restaurants, bars, and shops.
Television not working 3 calls to desk never came to room
Very Poor Bathroom lighting
Needed mini fridge
Services challenged due to staffing
Very limited Food services I am certain due to COVID however but nothing near the hotel as far as restaurants go
the room was large and the bed was super comfortable. the shower had nice water pressure and the hotel was pretty quiet. it has a pool, which is a big plus. there were plenty out outlets to charge devices (although the usb outlets didn’t seem to work).
THE HOTEL IS CLEAN AND FINE. THE NEIGHBORHOOD NOT MUCH IF YOU WANT TO PICK UP WINE OR THINGS TO TAKE WITH YOU ON A CRUISE ALTHOUGH A LOVELY ITALIAN RESTAURANT A BLOCK AWAY. FOOD IN HOTEL IS VERY PRICEY.
Room was okay. Hotel hallways had visible water damage on the ceilings likely from the room leaking. Hotel needs some updating. It’s dated and for the money I expected it to be nicer.
Nice hotel near the port. Breakfast available for a simple bite before leaving. And Transportation to the port was very convenient.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Location is the only thing going for this hotel in it's proximity to the cruise port however, if the hotel is too atrocious to stay in, the location is irrelevant!
