Welcome to your tropical home away from home. Guests of this 4 bedroom luxurious house will benefit of a private pool and patio as well as proximity to the beach and many points of interest. This elegant and modern, freshly renovated house is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay; you will only have to bring your clothes and toothbrush, beach towel and groceries (all tools for cooking are at your disposition). This house comfortably accommodates up to 18 people. Guests will create unforgettably fun memories while vacationing in this spacious 4 bedroom, freshly renovated, open concept house with a private pool in large tropical backyard. The newly renovated pool is surrounded by a tropical heaven with lush landscaping and gorgeous exotic plants and palms that will make you feel as if you are on a private Caribbean island. You can enjoy these delightful views directly from the open concept living room, kitchen and dining area. They will also benefit of a fully equipped modern kitchen with all necessary tools and top of the line new stainless steel appliances, 55 inch smart TVs in all 4 bedrooms and living room, cable TV with local channels.

The house is in a quiet, safe and family oriented neighborhood in Hollywood, FL. The house is a seven minutes (3 miles) drive to the beach or a 8 minute drive to Hollywood Boardwalk. It is conveniently situated close to many points of interest and amenities: stores, coffee shops, restaurants, malls - you name it. It is 10 minutes away from Fort Lauderdale international airport. The house is a couple of minutes away from natural reserves and parks where you can rent kayaks, paddle boats or bikes, or take a guided boat tour. The Anne Kolb Nature Centre at West Lake Park offers picturesque walking trails and canals in the mangroves, aquarium and observation tower. The legendary Jackson's Ice Cream Parlour and Restaurant is a 5 minutes drive and is a must try. Aventura Mall is 10 minutes away. Please notice, guests are traveling with small children will need to sign liability waiver. The reservation is not confirmed until the waiver is signed. The outside exterior premises of the house are under 24 hours video surveillance. To respect your privacy, the outside cameras are only pointed towards the entrance of the house and lot.
