Has a very beautiful lobby newly done the rooms are newly done unfortunately whoever did it chose the wrong color for the walls with the lack of lighting. It’s a pretty sort of a gray dove collar but it’s too dark for the lack of light. This is the darkest room I ever stayed in in a hotel. The breakfast was very minimal not appetizing looking. The front front girl in my arrival gave me a hard time about my dog. It was it was too expensive for the lack of lighting in the room. I won’t stay here again I don’t recommend it.

The motel exterior does not look like the pic on Booking.
The motel exterior does not look like the pic on Booking. I had to drive around the place twice to even find the entrance. The room I was in had some unfinished repairs under the sink and there were no tissues or hair conditioner. I think the entire place is under renovation, the two rooms next to mine were boarded up.
I ate next door at the Diner and had the Chicken Florentine Crepes but the chicken was inedible it was so dry.
Having said that all I needed was a place to sleep om my way home from North Carolina to Florida and this was a very convenient stopping place. The bed was very cofortable but very noisy it squeaked and creaked every time I moved. Best thing about the place was the very helpful staff

We booked the room through Booking.com. when we arrived we were told they didn't have a reservation for us and didn't have any rooms. Showed the the confirmation email and didn't make a difference. Tried contacting your customer service and was not able to get a refund. They made it sound like it was our fault.

Bruswick is a great little town and the perfect distance from St.Simons and Jekyll Island. Prices for rooms are much more affordable there and it's only 20 or 30mins from beaches and the islands. They have lots of food options and it is not over crowded.

Convenient location with super nice and professional staff...
Convenient location with super nice and professional staff from front desk, kitchen and cleaning. Room was clean and bed comfortable, but no hot water for shower and unable to get on WIFI. Required a call to IT support who provided no reliable assistance as the accent was way too heavy and he would not slow down his speech so I could try to understand what he was saying. I had to abort the call as no progress was made and I forewent the WIFI, which I had hoped to use to better plan my next day's travels. Breakfast was adequate, coffee awful (tasted like mud). But I was able to get a good night's rest for the travel that came. Next time I would make sure that I could get my phone on WIFI while at the desk to make sure it is a straight forward process.
Although booking.com had not finalized/submitted my reservations to the hotel, the staff did everything they could to accommodate. They matched the price and upgraded room as soon as possible. Everyone from the receptionist, housekeeping, and general manager helped with care.
The receptionist (James and Preet) we’re both positive, insightful and professional. GM, Nelly, assisted and upgraded the experience at the Hampton Brunswick.
The coffee machine in the breakfast room was broken, so the lady tending the breakfast spent all morning running around getting everyone coffee from somewhere. It would have been a very bad morning (No Coffee?!?!?) if she had not been willing to go the extra mile to see to the comfort of the guests.
Our suite was spacious, beds comfortable, hot water was nice & hot, hotel in a good location, pet friendly. When we met with the day manager concerning issues we were having with key cards she was very helpful and we FINALLY were able to get the issue resolved.
Convenience on and off the Highway. Close to coffee shops, gas stations, restaurants and stores if needed. Good stop for a quick night passing through. Comfy beds and a refrigerator in the room was nice to have. Pet friendly for a small fee.
This was a beautiful, clean, up to date hotel. The property was lovely and our suite was amazing! The added bonus of being very pet friendly can't be left out. This was our favorite hotel for such an affordable price.
Very close to the highway, nice clean rooms, nice to have kitchen. Very friendly staff at checknin and in the morning. I was traveling on my own with my toddler and everyone was so helpful.
Quiet, clean, good value for the money. Staff is excellent. The property has seen better days. Everything worked except the exhaust fan in the bathroom. Location is good. Good shower.
Easy access to I95. Newer hotel. Pet friendly with doggie waste bags provided and lots property to walk dog. Coffee was good with flavored creamers. Clean property outside. Well maintained.
The staff is always amazing! We only stay here when visiting Brunswick, GA! The location is great and the rooms are always super clean. We also loved the robot delivery service! Great touch
The Courtyard in Brunswick is my new hotel of choice in Brunswick! The rooms are extremely clean and Hilton at the front desk was very welcoming, extremely helpful and very kind!
