coffee machine didn't work since day 1 for 8 days, everyday I asked them twice during different people's shift to bring a new coffee machine the room smelled like a public toilet no bathroom amenities, towels were dirty room was extremely dirty and asked for it to be cleaned multiple times during my 8 day stay, they'd say that they'd send someone but not once anyone showed up

Seemed like a really nice area.

Seemed like a really nice area. We were just in for a concert but we would have been fine staying another day and exploring a little if we had the time for it. We went to a breakfast place before leaving called the jagged fork and it was somewhere I definitely recommend and would have eaten there multiple times. It is a little pricey for breakfast food but you get a lot of food and it tastes amazing.

I was very disappointed with everything.

I was very disappointed with everything. The facility is in need of major repairs. The carpet and the doors are I'm terrible shape. The carpet smells disgusting and the doors look like prison doors with scratches all over them. The facility smells like weed the moment you walk in. The towels and the pillows all had dark spots on them and could not even be used. Very very poor quality. Will definitely not be returning and will not recommend it to anyone.

You need to correct the rating on this location and tell everyone it is HORRIBLE and doesn't even rate a 1. This was a terrible experience! The building is horrible. The rating was 4 out of 5 stars, which is why we booked it for my family for my wedding. The rooms were disgusting, dirty and horribly run down. Upon entering my room, the door handle came off in my hand. My brother found a CONDOM on the floor of his room! The front desk clerk was incompetent, lazy, and very slow in understanding anything that we needed. This building should be torn down, it is so decrepit, dirty, and disgusting. There are "100% no smoking" signs posted every where, yet EVERYONE was smoking all round the rooms, on the balconies etc. I was so embarrassed that I had my family booked in this place for my wedding and it was truly an awful experience.

I loved the tub the bed was comfortable.

I loved the tub the bed was comfortable. I took a long bubble bath but that was after I switched my room because one of the rooms that I was in that I did not like the tub was not feeling up and the TV was not working.

    Quaint downtown area.

Quaint downtown area. We rode our bikes on the trail.... only wish there was a way to be informed of a bridge/closure. We had to take a detour to continue on the trail, and it was VERY hilly and out of the way. We ate at Kruse and Muer restaurant and had a delicious dinner. Just make sure you don’t hit rush hour on Rochester Rd.....it really backs up.

Tony was very helpful and informative about surrounding restaurants and stores for our needs. He's gives fantastic customer service. He did a great job multitasking by checking guests in and making fresh coffee. I would book again at that hotel because of the way he took care of me and my family. The breakfast was fantastic and greatly appreciated. The room was clean and tidy

This was our anniversary trip, it was noted on our reservation. We were told Happy Anniversary repeatedly by different staff through out our stay and it was so nice. The room and hotel was clean. It was within minutes of everywhere we wanted to be, and it was a great price for the area. We will be back!

We’ve stayed at this particular Red Roof on many occasions while in the Rochester area. It’s easy on-and-off the expressway. There’s woodland behind the hotel which muffles much of the traffic. Shopping and restaurants of all kinds are nearby.

The breakfast was not great - they comped us the breakfast because they had to move us to a different hotel. If we would have had to pay the $14.95 it was definitely not worth that price. The staff person that checked us in was exceptional.

Rooms were ok - very basic. The big no go for me was the really noisy people living in the adjacent rooms. The entire place looked a bit sketchy and I noticed 5 cop cars in the hotel area trying to deescalate a situation.
