The property is not a traditional hotel. It is an actual townhouse that was built in the late 19th century. There is no elevator. Centrally located; a block away from Subways and multiple Restaurants. Blocks away from the famous Apollo Theater and other shopping venues. To better serve the guest the owner is always present in unit during the guest stay.
The owner of the property used to own an antique shoppe. After closing it, he decorated the apartment with some of his antiques that he collected over the years. To better serve the customer the host will be in unit during the guest stay.
The neighborhood is Harlem, and it is a very popular destination section of Manhattan. There are many restaurants, bars boutiques on Lenox Avenue. You will find a supermarket for your groceries. 116th street has a thriving African marketplace. Central Park is located to the south of the apartment. 125th street is Harlem's major thoroughfare where you will be able to do lots of shopping, sightseeing and visit the Studio Museum of Harlem. The famous APOLLO theater is also located on 125th street.
