Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in and stay at Martha Stewart's Thanksgiving-Inspired Farm Stay on Booking.com.
Martha Stewart’s Thanksgiving-Inspired Farm Stay is available for a maximum of two guests.
Guests will be met by security at the entrance upon their arrival and must present a photo ID that matches the name used to book the stay, as indicated in the guest’s Booking.com confirmation email.
Guests are subject to security screening prior to entry onto the Property, which will be performed by Martha Stewart's security team, and may include searching guests' luggage for contraband, and weapons or other items that are prohibited on the Property. The Lender and Talent reserve the right to reject the Guests based upon findings from the screening, upon their discretion.
The primary bedroom offers a bed to accommodate up to 2 guests – 1 Queen bed.
The secondary bedroom offers a bed to accommodate 2 guest(s) – 2 Twin beds.
The house offers two (2) full bathrooms.
Guests staying at Martha Stewart's Thanksgiving-Inspired Farm Stay on Booking.com must behave as good citizens during their stay and be cooperative with all the staff present on the premises. In the event a guest engages in behavior that (as determined by Booking.com or any other provider in its or their sole and absolute discretion) is inappropriate, or threatening, illegal or that is intended to abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Booking.com reserves the right to terminate the experience early.
Guests must not damage the accommodation or private property and are liable for any damage caused.
Martha Stewart's Thanksgiving-Inspired Farm Stay on Booking.com is non-transferable, non-extendable and non-exchangeable. The name on the reservation must match the name of the guest upon arrival at Martha Stewart's Thanksgiving-Inspired Farm Stay on Booking.com for check-in.
All accommodations and activities included in Martha Stewart's Thanksgiving-Inspired Farm Stay on Booking.com are non-smoking.
Guests are not allowed to bring alcohol or drugs onto the premises. Any guest found to be taking drugs will be immediately removed from the premises.
Guests must not wear shoes inside in any building. Soft-soled slippers or non-skid socks are to be worn inside residences and will be provided upon arrival.
Booking.com assumes no responsibility or liability for guests’ lost, damaged or stolen personal belongings.
Guests must keep noise to a minimum.
A Booking.com representative will be available 24/7 for any issues or questions guests may have, as well as on-site security. The security will be on-site through the duration of guests’ stays, 24/7.
Guests will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement with a Martha Stewart representative upon arrival for privacy / security purposes.
Food and drinks supplied by Booking.com may contain gluten, dairy and nuts.
Guests are free to leave the premises to enjoy any other food, drinks or activities.
Guests are only permitted to explore select areas of the property during scheduled tours and must be accompanied by a staff member or representative of Martha Stewart’s Thanksgiving-Inspired Stay.
Guests’ access to the grounds will be limited to the scheduled tours.
All meals and approved food items will be provided to guests during their stay. Guests are not permitted to consume outside food/drinks inside Martha’s Tenant House.
Guests are not permitted to prepare meals in Martha’s Tenant House.
Guests are permitted to take images on the property in select areas.
Booking.com will provide car transportation for Martha Stewart's Thanksgiving-Inspired Farm Stay. Parking on property is restricted to one (1) car.
This experience and its properties will not accommodate parties, additional guests or pets.
Booking.com is not responsible if the facilities do not meet the guests’ expectations.
The experience is available for a one (1) night stay only for (2) guests maximum, on a first-come, first-served basis.
