Overall good experience, helpful staff and comfortable room
The room was clean but still no deposit back. That was $75.00 . My daughter hasn't got her's either. It has been 6 weeks. My daughter got a room with the hot tub the first day no hot water to it. They still charged them for the total price with no hot tub use..

Song and the cleaning staff were very helpful with the minor problems we had.......room not ready so switched us, lights not working and one got fixed, room key not working so got a new one.
But the major problem of flying ants in the room the next morning was horrible! They were everywhere so we couldn't even brush our teeth or take a shower. When Song finally got to desk an hour and a half later (after we had moved everything out), he sprayed the entire room and said he would give us a $20 discount. Have not received any credit as of this date - 20 days later.

I booked a king room and got a room with 2 queen beds.
I booked a king room and got a room with 2 queen beds. When I sat at the foot of my bed it fell down and I noticed several of the support slats were missing under my bed. All the lights were missing in the ceiling light strip over the desk, the one reading light over my bed was not working and was loose and fell out of the casing. The window blinds were missing.
The hallway had a real strong smell of marijuana.
I believe we deserve a refund.

A lot of quaint shops. Downtown streets were brick.
A lot of quaint shops. Downtown streets were brick. Easy to get out and walk to the various shops. Also, has modern shops and restaurants not too far away. Everything you need or could want is right there. No need to drive to larger cities for shopping. Fun town.

We enjoy the older section of Castle Rock much better than the area near the Founders Parkway exit. Castle Rock is growing, but maybe too fast, judging by the number of new housing developments popping up everywhere!

The choice of hot or cold breakfast were really nice.
The choice of hot or cold breakfast were really nice. I especially liked the hot waffles. I didn't care for no carpet in the rooms which made it a little bit noisier than normal. I also missed not being able to get into a pool at the end of the day.
I could not go to sleep in your hotel because of the loud traffic and train noise. I took 2 sleeping pills and still could not go to sleep on your hard mattress. At 11:30 PM on May 26th I checked out of your hotel and drove to my house where it is very quiet and I have a soft bed. I will never never stay in your hotel again for as long as I live! It was a very horrible experience during my very brief encounter with your very uncomfortable hotel!
I did not like anything in your hotel.
Too many carbs and not real good for diabetics or anyone that shouldn't overdo carbs. Swimming pool closed indoors due to outdoor temperatures. A bit odd. We were todd there were no pets allowed on 3rd floor and immediately we heard a dog barking. Staff then said that the managers daughter had her dog up there but not overnight. The 2nd night we saw that a customer not affiliated with the hotel had their little dig in their room and later was barking until owner had to be called.
Nice hotel in a convenient location. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast grab and go bag was awesome. We are early risers so to grab a couple of Muffins, donuts, fruits etc and coffee when heading out in the morning worked well for us.
Also, lots of fine dining places in the Castle Rock downtown area to enjoy great food. Overall best value for the money spent on a budget class motel.
We liked the indoor pool, it was clean and had good hours (open till 11pm!) Front desk staff was helpful and good natured, and so was the gal who refreshed the towels. They weren't doing a complete cleaning for extended stays due to Covid, but every day I saw the same friendly maid who gave me whatever I needed. Hotel was quiet and plenty of parking, even when we came back late at night.
I liked that the hotel was close to our friends that we were visisting. I thought the pool and hot tub would be nice, but the pool water was cold, even though it was inside. The hot tub worked the first 2 nights, but then broke, then was cool water. The room was clean, but I never got 1 cleaning, even though I stayed 4 nights.
Its very cheap hotel, so no expectations. You get what you pay for and in addition you will find some very unfriendly staff ;) breakfast was very basic as everything else in the hotel.
good location and could be a nice hotel if they cleaned the carpets especially on the entryway stairs or put in new carpet and fixed the paint from coming off the walls in the bathroom
Close to restaurants, stores and especially Larkspur. Old hotel but clean. No outside patio to relax and hang out with family. Overall perfect for our stay for the Renazannce.
The staff, especially Josh who spent a fair amount of time guiding us into the hotel, and never lost his patience. He also gave us a great recommendation for dinner.
