Our room did not have toilet paper or tissues and the manager at the desk asked us to walk down and pick them up. The breakfast options in the morning were limited and when we got there at 8 AM most of them were empty. They even ran out of teabags for tea in the morning. There was no manager at the desk to ask about refilling the items that were missing. Overall it appeared management was not concerned about the guess staying in their hotel. We could not even find water in the vending machine that was on the first floor even though the book in our room said there would be a vending machine on our floor. The beds were very comfortable as well as the pillows .

Enjoyed our quick stop at Cuyahoga Valley National Park.
Enjoyed our quick stop at Cuyahoga Valley National Park. No admission fee, and exceptional park. Especially liked Ledges trail. Boston Mill Visitor Center is a good place to start, and they have excellent bathroom facilities there open even after hours. Next time will come when the train is running (it is down for maintenance on Mondays and Tuesdays).

The only concern I had was the "do not disturb" tags were so dirty. Other than that and the very "minimal free breakfast" it was a nice 2 day stay and I would stay there again for the low price I got it for.

Went to the local Ihop for dinner and do not recommend it.
Went to the local Ihop for dinner and do not recommend it. The staff was in shambles and the manager was absolutely ridiculous. While eating, I could here her yelling at the staff and it seemed as if everyone had not been trained on customer service.
It is safe to say I am not coming back due to the poor hotel service at the Enco lodge and Ihop.

The hotel exceeded my expectations.
The hotel exceeded my expectations. I have stayed at other Quality Inn locations that were not nearly as nice as this one. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were helpful. There are food options within walking distance. I ordered delivery from Jimmy John's.

Not a lot of shopping; no malls to speak of.
Not a lot of shopping; no malls to speak of. Walmart and Target were the main shops. Streetsboro flea market was very disappointing which was the main reason for our trip. Went to Happy Moose for dinner; we sat in a spot where we were actually dripped on because of all the rain. I guess there were a couple rainy spots like that in the restaurant. We went to another bar and grill on Saturday - it was good.
The staff was super nice! This was the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in. We were on the first floor and couldn't hear anything above us. We were at an end of a hallway and couldn't hear noise from the doors or stairs. It is a great value for short stays. Close to Kent State University.
We are next door. Bob Evans is conveniently located within steps. Hotel was as expected for the money, room was a little dated and had the dog smell that accompanies some of these places that allow pets, and since we have a dog, all good. Room was a good size, bed a little small.
The room was beautiful and spacious. The facility was clean. The entire hotel was quiet even though it was full. The location is perfect. Everything is nearby. The value was excellent. The woman who was at the breakfast Sunday morning was lovely and so personable.
Overall an okie stay. Great location. Super friendly stuff. The hotel is a 3stars so adjust the expectations. If you expect a 3 stars hotel it will meet the expectations. The stuff are super friendly and that for me is a plus
This hotel is so quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed sitting on the patio while doing laundry and then went back to my room. This hotel was extremely comfortable, safe and cost efficient especially as a single woman traveling alone
Rather convenient place on our trip from D.C. to Chicago. The hotel was nice at rather commercial place with e.g. Walmart just next to it but we did not care that much about the environment for the 1 night stay.
Breakfast was not what I expected based on previous stays at other Fairfield Inns. The size of this Fairfield Inn is not set up for a standard self serving breakfast.
The staff was super kind and made us breakfast even after the breakfast time since we got the time wrong. The room was clean and the hotel was of good value.
