Also, more of an assortment of cereal, fruit, milk, juice, bagels, and more. Mary, at the front desk was very helpful and thoughtful. Especially when I told her our situation of our pipe bursting underneath our home, and we have no air conditioner, due to getting repairs done. This was very peaceful, cool and comforting place to stay. This place felt like home away from home. Thank you very much everyone at Best Western Inn in Sycamore, IL.

Other than that, nothing meets the standard of a holiday inn express hotel. The bed and pillows were also up to standards. They should have prioritized renovating the rooms and everything the guests interact with before putting up the new logos and painting the outside of the building.
