There are plenty of things to see or visit or do in El Paso.
There are plenty of things to see or visit or do in El Paso. There is a lot of history here. It is a border town and the gateway to Ciudad Juarez, so you will find that it is migrant territory, and especially with what is going on lately, just be careful. El Paso has some of the best Mexican cuisine in the country

The city's traffic is awful, rude drivers everywhere don't seem to care about who's around them. The world revolves around them. The hotel was a nightmare, the staff only took care of you if you didn't speak English and crossed the border illegally. If you're American, good luck getting checked in. The local shopping mall was crowded and expensive to shop in. In four small items bought, I spent close to $150.00 and this was at a novelty store. It's not about the season anymore it's about the almighty dollar.

You don't offer anything less than a sad face!
You don't offer anything less than a sad face! You don't offer a comment for people wanting to leave immediately!! Your pictures of this so called Quality Inn, are very deceiving!!! I have pictures of what you show as the waiting room with EXACTLY the same furniture and air conditioner/heater...SO FILTHY AND FALLING APART!!!! Broken doors, plumbing issues, backed up, and leaky toilets, ceiling has accumulated visible mildew and some broken ceiling parts falling apart!! Plumbers working in our 2nd room, since we had to move due to no hot water, and now had only very hot to sudden cold water and unable to turn water off!!!! I'm contacting the BBB for deceiving people who were charged full amount and refuse to be reimbursed when wanting to leave! Managers responded with such sarcasm telling us to leave, which was fine with her, but no refund would be issued out!!!! Then she threatened to call the police for raising our voice demanding our money back. Other people were there as well complaing of backed up toilets not being fixed and same issues as ours..it was a night mare. We had to search for another hotel and pay AGAIN!!

El Paso is a great place that has seen a lot of stress...
El Paso is a great place that has seen a lot of stress lately. The scene is very poor & overpriced. It makes no sense that gas, hotel, and food are more expensive than in the metroplex of Dallas. This city needs major updating and better leadership. The people need it.
did not have breakfast due to inconsiderate employee.. She was to busy feeding her co-worker and conversing with the Airport Driver. I as well as a couple of other customers walked out without so much as coffee because there was none to be had due to the employee was to interested in having conversations with co-workers. This was substandard and I will never return to this Hotel again. There are two many choices in the El Paso area for me to never return again.
The location was very good. Quiet downtown area and not many shops but I enjoyed the relaxed vibe. A few nice earing places. Luigi pizza was a great surprise as was Taconeta. El Paso is VEEY spread out so next time I may get a rental car. Check out museum of international art!!!
We loved everything about this hotel. We stayed there on our way out west then back again to the east. One particular man that was exceptional at the front desk was David Agm. Breakfast personnel were excellent and the food was really great! even the coffee.
The price and location were great for our needs because we were only passing through El Paso. The included breakfast was good, it was as expected for hotel breakfasts, but hot and hearty. I also enjoyed a nice hot shower with good water pressure in the room.
Staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. Great room. Magnificent views from the rooftop. Good location in the best area of downtown El Paso, with another hotel and several restaurants nearby.
Location is on west side which is the quieter side of El Paso but lots of places near by. Front desk staff was the best. She was nice, helpful, and very welcoming.
The room was spacious and clean.
This hotel should not even be listed its a very disgusting place I would never had stayed there but they put pictures on the web site that do not even look like the hotel fallse advertisement
The proximity to downtown was convenient and we could go back and forth from the hotel to downtown in just 5 min. The room was clean and comfortable and we had a nice view of the city.
Not in the best part of town. The facility and our room were dated yet very clean. However, this hotel had the most uncomfortable bed and pillows of any we have stayed at.
The only thing good about the property was the location. It was close to the airport. But there are several other hotels which are close to the airport as well.
