The suite was comfortable and large. When we discovered a problem with our first room upon checking in (a condensing/leaking HVAC vent above the door), the front desk was quick to switch us to a new room. The bed and pillows were the perfect level of firm/soft, and the shower got nice and hot.

Very well decorated! Would have preferred a bigger room, but we were late booking. Slight issue with ceiling damage in the shower/bathroom. Anthony, the bell hop, was AMAZING! Thank you for finding my husband’s socks!!

Comfortable, with personal touches everywhere. Artisinal treats each day, even a little rubber ducky bath toy for our son. The pool was amazing and had several cabanas for use along with some great pool toys. The food from the restaurant was amazing.

Morristown is a great active town.
Morristown is a great active town. Has something for everyone. We had excellent meals and attended a rummage sale all within a short distance from each other. Also, on a previous visit, got to chat very casually with the mayor at a popular coffee shop.

We were here for a track meet, and the location of this...
We were here for a track meet, and the location of this hotel was perfect. Eat at Nonna's while you are here. Amazing Italian at a very reasonable price. The linguine with white clam sauce was amazing. The Hyatt House was perfect when traveling with our runners. We had a two bedroom suite which was fantastic. Full court basketball, a nice pool, great TV's, full kitchen, and friendly staff. Jose is the best!

The breakfast was terrible - for the price of the hotel the breakfast was not worth what you pay for the hotel. The only thing that was decent was the coffee. I know that with the Covid you have to be very careful; however, to pay $251.00 for the room with breakfast included it was not worth it especially when you are traveling with no personal car as you could not go any other place for breakfast.
