The front desk was great. I asked for an extra blanket, and he brought it up to me because he knew I didn't like to get on elevators. So I met him at the elevators to get it. That was going the extra mile to me 🥰.

Everything was updated and very clean. The heated pool was open until midnight, so that was a plus! Bed was soft and comfortable. The staff was great, and breakfast had a good amount of variety.

It was okay at first I went on booking and looked up the reviews they were great. When I arrived it was a lady in the main lobby having a panic attack she was freaking out because she had to pay for damages for food and condoms all over the place. She kept saying the room was trashed. I was just praying I didn’t get that room. So I checked into room 203 with my wife and daughter. That night at 10 pm I was woken up to a tv on 125 playing in the next room. They have rooms with double doors. Yikes, this lasted until 3am,8 thought about calling the front desk but I don’t like to disrupt people. I was actually there on a business trip. The following morning my wife and I was have an heated conversation about the game laughing and joking. The house keeping knocked on the door and said are you guys okay we said yes. Seconds later the front desk guys said that I called stating it was an call about domestic violence. He said that we needed to leave and the police were being called. I have reservations for 2 nights. I was told I wails be charged 25$ for checking out early. I said okay, no problem I’ll leave and you can refund me. He told me 24 hours. At this point I feel like it was a discrimination issue we are a gay married couple who deserve the same respect. Do not stay her for business for if your lives one in in the hospital about 1mike and a half away.

The wifi was excellent and the bed was comfortable however the room as advertised was not what we got. The stench of stale smoke, musty moldy smell permeated the room ruining our level of comfort. The breakfast served was good and staff very nice. The room was clean and nice. The only issue I had was the air conditioner was not on when I enter and it took some time to cool off. The hotel does not have elevators, just stairs, request the 1st floor. It will be very hard for the elderly or anyone with medical issues. Thank you.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. it was only for a night, but met our needs. i was nervous about the atlanta area due to stuff happening in the news in different areas in atlanta, but i felt safe at that this hotel, the staff was very welcoming, they even greeted my husband with a Happy birthday, which was very thoughtful. the breakfast didn't have many hot food options, which was understood due to covid regulations and guidelines. but overall i will recommend this hotel.ShantriaUnited States of America - 2.0Scored 2.0

Place is horrible, old, run down, smelled horrible, staff not friendly, bathroom had mold growing all over it, Told we had pool, it looked as if it had been closed for 2 years, no breakfast like booking said it did. Prostituts coming in and out of the hotel, police there twice! For the money it was horrible!! The only thing was the bed was clean. The air conditioner made a loud noise, above us had 5 kids in there room and we had to call front desk 3 times, then go down there!! I hate this place! Never again!!

We did not stay at all because of the heavy traffic in the parking lot. We planned to be out and about early and late which we did not feel safe. The Staff did refund all but 1 night because we explained we did not feel safe. So we were charged 1 night without being able to stay there at all.
