The front staff was very friendly and helpful when we checked in and out of the hotel. The price was spot on for what we were looking for and the location was not that far from food as well as the jelly belly factory.

I booked this hotel because it had an indoor heated pool. I swim daily. It was not working and I was not notified of this . After I left the manager offered me a 10 percent discount which I found insulting.

This is a new hotel with great staff members.
This is a new hotel with great staff members. Breakfast was excellent and the seating areas were very comfortable. The room had a walk-in shower with excellent toiletries ( shampoo, lotion, etc.). The grounds were disappointing; the parking spaces were clean and plentiful however the flowerbeds needed some serious TLC! There were weeds growing in and amongst these beautiful flowering shrubs! Come on guys spend 2 hours removing the weeds and it increase the beauty of the property by 50%!

Value was fair and the location was good. Room was bigger than what I’m used to in the Bay Area. Honestly the nicest hotel in Fairfield, just not what I’m accustomed to in the City or Texas. At this rate I would expect quality pillows, bed, and a minibar in the room. I will say though, this is the only property I’d stay at in Fairfield/suisun as of 05/2021. There was another in construction, but It hasn’t been finished yet.
