Привітний хазяїн, швидке поселення і зручне виселення. Дружби народів 3. 9 поверх, ліфт працює. В домі дуже жарко, добре працює опалення. Є бойлер. Є прилади для готування їжі, мікрохвильовка, холодильник. Є WiFi. Все працює. Поруч метро та кінцева зупинка маршруток. Недалеко ТЦ ОУШЕН ПЛАЗА (хоча не навпроти, як на картинці). Вся інфраструктура поруч. Дуже зручно.
