Every thing. The owner is very kind and suuportive. The apartment is very spacious and clean. All what you need is available. Location is perfect. Suronded with several grocery shops, restaurants and more. Subway station is only 3 minutes walk. Although apartment is not in city center, but you can reach city center by metro in less than 4 minutes. Uber and bolt are always available and very cheap.

The total area of ​​the apartment with 2 balconies = 175 sq.m. First bedroom -21sq.m- (double bed). Second bedroom - 26 sq.m. (double bed + folding chair as an extra single bed). Third bedroom -21sq.m- (double bed + folding chair as an extra single bed). Fourth bedroom - 26 square meters. M. It is combined with a kitchen + 19 sq.m and can serve as a meeting room with a total area of ​​45 sq.m (26 + 19) - (double sofa-sofa and two single chairs).
