We truly enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was very nicely presented and delicious. The furnishings and decorations were very interesting. The house was very cozy and the bed was very comfortable. It's a historic house that opens up to a lovely garden and a cute little coffee house with indoor and outdoor seating. The grocery store is about a 3-minute walk and the Metro was a 10-minute walk. Perfect for a couple but may be a tight space for a family. Shampoo and shower gel are available and complimentary coffee and water. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The area around the house is hilly so you may be walking uphill in many areas. However, the owners have a lot of information about the area and will give you recommendations and the best ways to get around. They can even help you with a taxi.

I cannot say enough good about this beautiful hotel. The owner was gracious to greet me at the front gate at 1 am!! Great room, comfortable bed, great bathroom and shower. Wonderful restaurant, highly recommend this place and its a short walk to bus stops and metro.

My mother had a B&B in an 1865 house. Ottoman Suites dates from ~1875, and I felt immediately at home. The Sera House Cafe is a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. Location is surprisingly convenient for accessing the rest of the city via bus (12a), ferry, tram, and Marmaray, making it a good base of operations. Gulsah is a gracious host who pays attention to even the smallest details, such as an "emergency box" and a scale next to the front door.

The staff and the owner were extremely helpful and friendly, it truly felt like home. The rooms were exceptionally clean. The cafe that comes together with the hotel is very cozy and nice, and the breakfast (served at the cafe) exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful boutique hotel with exceptional hosts that go out of their way to accommodate guest needs. The attached café is the perfect outlet both for a delicious Turkish breakfast or to just hang out, grab a coffee or simply escape the hotel room. My young kids loved hanging out there, ordering their Limonatas and socializing with the friendly staff.. If you want to stay on the Asian side of Istanbul, I highly recommend this hotel.

Splendid old-style house, that is very well looked after, nicely decorated. It is located in a quiet place, far from the crowds of tourists - that was one of the main factors for my decision to stay there. Nice location to explore the asian side of Istanbul. Beside that it is quite close to a metro and a ferry. Kuzguncuk is accessible by foot. And i can’t but say about the owners and staff - they all are great people, welcoming and helpful, who really create that sort of atmosphere like you are at home. Plus an additional hug goes for that black kitty🤗 ❤️❤️❤️

The entire suites were very nice, the manager and the employees of the cafe and the kitchen were very nice and helpful as well. When you go out to the city center and come back, it feels like you are coming back to your home.
