Absolutely great location in walking distance from the island center, beaches and sightseeings. You can rent electric bike right in the hotel.

The friendliest host Uzgur greeted me with tea and gave me Turkish sweets on my check out. He also let me choose a room from the available ones, the bed was super comfortable, everything was clean and nice, stunning views. The breakfast was super nice

It was a great stay! The warmest welcome from the owner, furniture in the room is modern, AC works on cool and heat mode ( That’s really good ). There’s a cafe at the hotel, food is delicious, breakfast is perfect. Also you can rent a bike for the whole day, they treat you with a free tea and provide free clothe cleaning. While checking out the Owner presented a box of sweets what was really unexpected for what we’re grateful and definitely recommend this hotel to stay! You will not regret it but fulfill yourself with a joy :)

the best service in my traveling experience. the host was so kind and nice. always offered tea or coffee for free. room was so warm even in November. water is always hot in the shower. Staff was very welcoming, humble and sweet. The host welcomed us with traditional Turkish coffee and gave us a departing gift as well. Location was good, had access to a local beach area. Room was clean and aesthetically pleasing. Complimentary breakfast was really good, served in traditional Turkish style and was fulfilling.

The location was close to a wedding I was attending, so perfect for us, though it's quite far from downtown. It's a beautiful setting and a well maintained spot. The balcony was perfect for my son hanging out with me at 3 AM when he had jet lag. The owners were great with kids, very helpful, and would go out of their way to take care care of you.

We were very lucky to choose this hotel for New Year stay, the host is great and we felt very wellcome. Our room was small but directly looking at the sea, so we really enjoyed it. Hotel location is further up, not in the port area, but that was only better for us as there was no noise. On 1st of January we were allowed to stay longer than normal check out time, we really appreciated this. If we come back to Buyukada island, we will chose this place for sure.

This hotel is app. 30 minutes farther from main facilities on the island, but hospatality of hotel owner and staff levels overall expression up. Rooms small but cozy, with perfect view from window. I would recommend this hotel, it's best option for this price range

If I could, I'd rate the staff as 20 out of 10. Extremely friendly owner and his assistant, especially for children, lots of small surprises and willing to go beyond the standard hospitality. We also had meals couple of times, they were good, and a huge Turkish breakfast is included. The place itself is cozy, 5 minutes from a huge and beautiful park. There's a Nizam beach that I wouldn't recommend (crowded and very few space, no shore and overpriced), but inside the park you can find a couple of nice free wild beaches which are empty on the weekdays mornings and still not crowded in the afternoon.
