Good location, not far from Taksim. Grocery store is near. Many cafes serving breakfast and dinner in 5 minutes walking distance. Very friendly owner and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable apartment. Excellent value for money.

Being in 10 minutes walking distance from Nişantaşı District, Cheya Teşvikiye Residence is a smart alternative to our Cheya Nişantaşı Deluxe Residence. The property has 14 spacious apartments where each apartment type has also an alternative twin version with a patio or terrace. Our Residence offers convenient access to Vodafone Arena, Besiktas, Taksim, İstiklal Caddesi, Tesvikiye, Gumussuyu and Harbiye as well as Istanbul’s most notable convention center ICEC - Lutfu Kirdar Uluslararası Kongre ve Sergi Sarayi, Cemal Resit Rey Concert Hall, hospitals including American Hospital, Jinemed, Intermed, SuperPlus, İstanbul Cerrahi Hospital, Fulya Bebek, and Acıbadem Hospital.
