İndisputably the main characteristic and distinctive specialty of the facility is its location, cleanliness and comfort. Smooth , comfortable and refreshing decoration with high quality materials ; you will find anything you need in a house. The best place you can stay in the very heart of the historical peninsula . located on the calmest street of the neighbourhood only 50 steps away from the TOPKAPI PALACE , HAGİA SOPHİA and SULTANAHMET MOSQUE ,the building has a unique location where you'll sniff the air of well preserved old historical peninsula. Old palace ceramics museum and THE BASİLİCA CİSTERN are only 200 m . Youll just be in the city center of thousands of years buzzling with activity yet again the street the house is on is as calm as a tropical island summerhouse . So in the middle of everything yet so deteched from noise and crowd it has a dreamy location. All the famous carpet and souvenir and jewellery shops are in the neighbourhood. Lots of fancy restaurants ; cafes and bars are surrounding the building. THE GRAND BAZAAR is at 15 minutes distance by walk . And the house is 250meters from SULTANAHMET tram station .

The area Sultanahmet by itself means the very hearth of the world for centuries.The location is the center of sultanahmet historical peninsula and istanbul and i can say without hesitation the world since the central timeline which passed from sultanahmet was moved from sultanahmet at late 19th century. İt can easily be described as being in the intersection of the blue mosque , hagia sophia and the topkapi palace within a 100 meters distance frame. So its close to everywhere and so is everywhere to it. Harboring lots of 17th century ottoman buildings mosques museums bathrooms bazaars and much older byzantine relics.
