We are located on the slope of a quiet and original village of Aegean village, where the stone texture is preserved, the population of which does not exceed 200 people, where there are very few sounds other than the bell sounds. The beach of our village is Sokakağzı beach, 5 km away. Our own private beach is also available of Turkey's most pristine and clean ones. In addition, we are at a distance where you can make a day trip to 4 Troy ancient cities, Kazdağları, Bozcaada and Midillli. The Troy Antique Road, where you can go trekking, also passes through our village.
We are people who love to be in nature, sometimes miss the city but generally love to be in a quiet village life.
Our hotel is the only business in Koyunevi Village. The village also has 20 households. Some of our neighbors have small facilities on the Sokakağzı beach, some have bovine animals and olive groves. They are all hospitable and warm Aegean people.
