The apartment was very big, with lots of comforts (kitchen tools, AC, shower, bathtub). Very good positioning near the BTS Skytrain line so It was very Easy to move around Bangkok. The staff was nice, well-prepared and they speak english.

This is the second time at this hotel in this trip. Great location next to BTS, 3 7-11 nearby, street food across the street, easy to get to. Attentive staff and met our expectations when we requested a room facing the back instead of the front because of the street noise. Great apartment, spacious, kitchen, tv, sofa, internet, good sized bathroom with bathtub, confortable bed and bedroom. Nice view from the balcony. This is first option to stay when coming back to Bangkok.

The location was just by BTS station(1-minute walk). The staff were friendly and residence was clean. We were offered a variety of rooms, as we wanted a quiet room. They are renovating the hotel, so not all facilities were open. The gym was and has everything we needed (cardio machine and weights). All staff were so eager to help with anything we needed. Would stay again and recommend.

Amazing experience! I spent 13 days here and I highly recommend people to stay in this hotel. The receptionists are good at English, they are polite, warm-hearted and helpful, they even help me to response to the food delivery when I had communication trouble with the delivery driver (as I cannot read and speak Thai). The house cleaning staff may not all speak English, but they still tried their best to understand my requirments and need even used body language. The environment of the hotel is clean, the staff cleaned the room(if required) and public areas every day, the environment even better then the quarantine hotels that I stayed before. The location of the hotel is super good as it only takes 3 mins to the tube station, and there is a local small market and a few 7-11 nearby, Big C is also only one stop near here, so you don't need to worry about shopping or food. The wifi is super stable, although you may need to re-login around 24 hours, it is not a big problem.

I really enjoyed my stay at viva garden. my room was truly spacious, so clean and comfortable. the staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. would recommend this place for staying at, it was reasonably priced and great location for getting to the train, just a minute or so walk . Very quiet location, but right near main road for catching taxis. thanks to teh staff for a great stay.
