As a first-time traveler, I was extremely nervous and the hosts made me and my friend feel right at home! They made us delicious breakfasts EVERY morning (that my friend laments not being able to taste again anytime soon), were always open to giving us local recommendations for food and activities. The rooms were exceptionally clean (and they were cleaned everyday!), hot water and aircon worked very well! The location is also awesome - in walking distance to everything - from tourist hotspots to local eats. Wish all travel accommodations were like this!

Jae and John are great hosts, we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast is excellent. The rooms are clean and everything you need is there, shampoo, conditioner, soap, bath cap and towels. We tried to get another room during the high season because we liked it so much, unfortunately we were not lucky, however Jae was so super friendly we were allowed to look for something else in the anteroom in peace, she also gave us recommendations and provided us with coffee and water. You can experience real warmth here. We would come back at any time. We can highly recommend staying here.

- Hosts super friendly and on arrival we were shown a map of Chiang Mai and told about things to do - Chocolate banana pancake for breakfast was delicious!!! - Allowed to leave our bags at the hotel whilst stayed overnight at the elephant sanctuary - Good location: easy to walk to main temples within the old walls and the night markets were about a 20 min walk
