The Reef Resort, hotel in Koh Kradan

Located in Koh Kradan, The Reef Resort is 5 minutes away from Pak Meng Pier via speedboat. It offers free WiFi, a pool and a tour desk. It is 30 minutes away to Trang Airport from Pak Meng pier.

Amazing, very acommodating staff which made our stay very enjoyable. Big Thanks to all. Nice breakfast. Location is great and the food is very good considering the limited availability on the island. Very clean! It is the only resort with the pool for ppl who enjoy this feature, we didn't use it. Especially nice for ppl who enjoy the "community" feeling.

Rinna Resort, hotel in Koh Kradan

Situated in Koh Mook and with Hua Laem Prao Beach reachable within less than 1 km, Rinna Resort features concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a terrace.

Rinna Resort has by far the best location on the island. It is located on a mountain near the pier with a beautiful view. In addition, the owners are the nicest people we met during our trip through Thailand. The day we had to leave we had to get up early and the owner came to us in the evening to ask what we wanted for breakfast so that it was ready early in the morning. I highly recommend this place!!

Koh Mook Sivalai Beach Resort, hotel in Koh Kradan

Koh Mook Sivalai beach resort is situated on Koh Mook Island and has direct access to Hao-Laem Beach. It offers an outdoor pool with sea views, Thai-style villas and a restaurant.

The resort is very simple. The rooms are very small and functional, everything is clean, and the air conditioning is pleasantly quiet. The location is fantastic, and the pool is nice too. The service from all the staff is excellent. The breakfast is very simple but sufficient. The dishes in the restaurant have all been delicious. The arrival/departure and onward journey were well organized for us.

Koh Mook Bamboo Bungalows, hotel in Koh Kradan

With mountain views, Koh Mook Bamboo Bungalows is situated in Koh Mook and has a restaurant, a shared lounge, bar, garden and terrace.

The bungalows were surrounded by a beautiful garden with so many butterflies. Inside, the room and bathroom felt spacious and were very comfortable. The hosts were so incredibly friendly and funny. Restaurant had great cheap food too. Plus it was a 5 minute walk from the main beach (Charlie beach). Overall it was amazing and I would thoroughly recommend it, and it is a bargain!

Koh Kradan was given a title of the "best beach of 2023", and now there are loads of day-tour boats coming in, especially on weekends. This may ruin the atmosphere for people staying overnight. Also, a bad surprise was the amount of garbage on the island. Makes you very sad to see all this plastic scattered everywhere. Another thing to consider - extreme tides. When we were there, the water on the beaches disappeared in the afternoon. When the water was high, the beach was full of longtail boats and day-trippers. So, all in all, I don't recommend to visit this island on high season. Due to the increased number of tourists, it has lost a lot of its charm.

The Mali Kradan resort was an excellent breakaway from the city…yes…we had lots of mosquitoes and yes…sometimes the restaurant didn’t have everything they had on the menu but the beaches were amazing…the food in the restaurant was fresh and very good…even made fresh pizza in their pizza oven and the service was absolutely amazing…. Wifi was not that good but overall. 1 week was just right and definitely would recommend Mali Kradan

The main beach is absolutely amazing for snorkeling.

The main beach is absolutely amazing for snorkeling. The best and diverse coral and fish I’ve seen in Thailand. No need to pay for pricey snorkeling trips. Sunset beach which is on the other side of the island is beautiful too, especially if you get there early in the morning, you will have the whole beach to yourself

This island Is perfect for someone who is looking to get away from the crowds and enjoy nature. You can spend the entire day hiking, kayaking, snorkeling, and have a very nice meal at night at one of the resorts or smaller locations. The sunset is amazing. The snorkeling is spectacular and right out your door. I would highly recommend visiting Stay at Ao Nieng at the southern end of the island if you really want to experience nature and a family atmosphere- clean and the best snorkeling is right in front of your bungalow. You can take a day trip to other islands if you like and it’s a perfect place for solo travelers. Paradise Lost has true Italian food and the massages at the Reef Resort are the best—- right on the beach!

Luxury prices for a run down cottage.

Luxury prices for a run down cottage. A/C was loud and inefficient. No Wifi signal in room. Shower head clogged and only dribbled. Closet smells like mold so bad it was unusable. interior lights were harsh and flickered. Safe was not attached, therefore not secure. Kettle was rusty. You can not open the windows so there is no air flow, even though there is a lovely ocean breeze every night. Mosquito net is too small for a large bed. Owner had no interest or concern in listening to my feedback or hearing about my disappointment of our accommodations. This place is a total rip off!

    Beautiful quiet island.

Beautiful quiet island. Quite often had the beach to ourselves. Excellent snorkelling and some amazing food too. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for something quiet and a bit more off the beaten track.

The included buffet breakfast was an 8 out of 10. Quite good. The staff was very friendly, kind, and helpful, bringing our luggage from the pier to the hotel upon arrival. A staff member even let me borrow his own snorkeling equipment. The room was comfortable, with a huge king-sized bed, excellent AC, ceiling fan, mosquito net, and a nice indoor/outdoor bathroom. The resort is on the main beach in Koh Kradan, about a 10-minute walk on the beach from the main pier when you arrive.

The small resort is beautifully kept and you can see and feel that the owners put their heart and soul into running the place. We particularly liked the ourdoor gym for a morning workout. The snorkelling on the island (you can start right in front of the hotel) is the best we have experienced in Thailand. Moreover, the pizza and self made pasta are to die for! We would recommend to stay at Kalume when visiting Koh Kradan.

Beautiful place to stay on a lovely quiet beach with sun loungers always available next to the beach. The atmosphere of the restaurant and grounds was perfect with a large almond tree and pretty shrubs and flowers. Owners and their staff could not have been more helpful. Food was good. Despite the problems (particularly the coffee!!) if you want to stay on the beautiful island of Koh Kradan, I would stay at Kalume.

Amazing location - beach is like a dream. The bungalow we had was basic but good value. Air conditioning is an extra 400 baht from 6pm until 9am. Koh Kradan is stunningly beautiful and this resort is the cheapest and best value if you don't mind basic but reasonably comfortable accommodation. The staff are lovely and helpful and the restaurant is great.

I think the hotel is located in a beautiful spot and everything is easy. The hotel breakfast was good, lots to choose from. The food overall was really great! I liked our bungalow with a nice view of the ocean and that it had its own little outside area. I also liked that it was easy to get snorkels and kayaks and such for small money.

This is a tiny island with few accommodation, Paradise Lost is a tranquil oasis equidistant from everywhere there is to go.so although not on the beach it’s close to beaches on opposite sides of the island, minutes from sunrise and sunset. Family running this are really wonderful and personable, doing all they can to make our stay great.

Super beautiful. This is THE PLACE TO STAY on Koh Kradan. Wonderful hosts. Hot tip, book a private boat through the hotel directly and it can pick you up right on the beach feet from your room. The main reef is literally 100 yards in front of the resort.
