The location in Phi Phi Don was great with no concern for outdoor noise. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. We were overwhelmed by how lovely and talkative they all were - so nice. The room was large with good space for luggage. Very powerful air con. Good shower.

Great location. Only couple minutes walk from pier, practical for backpackers. Food market, cafe, boulangerie, restaurants, bars, super market and dive shops are all next door. June was very helpful and always smiling, gave us practical information and recommendations. WiFi is efficient. Great value for money:)

The location and the staff were more than awesome. The reception took care about everything (unfortunately, I don't remember her name). The location is the best, just 5 minutes walk from the pier and from the beach, in front of the hotel there is a street market with lots of delicious food. The beds were big and comfortable, but unfortunately, too close to each other. This accommodation is pretty affordable comparing to the other accommodations on the island, so as someone said in the comments - you get what you paid for.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ivory hotel, it was clean, simple and comfortable. The hotel is near the beach, restaurants, markets and only a 3-5 minutes walk from the pier! It is also in a near distance to the viewpoints 1&2. The lady at the front desk is so nice and lovely, she was always very helpful. We also booked a snorkeling tour at the hotel. The tour was amazing, we saw some sharks and the most scenic views. We would definitely recommend staying here when you visit phi phi island.
