10 minutes walk from Saphan Taksin on the BTS and Sathorn central pier for boats up and down the river, with a 7-eleven next door and great street food right outside. The hotel itself has a great, industrial feel, comfortable rooms with Aircon and hot water, laundry on site, and a lovely café offering breakfasts & waffles. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and happy for us to store a bag with them between visits, which was really helpful when we were travelling. Will definitely stay here again!

Good access to the BTS station, next to 7-elevens and mini big c. Even have a fridge and fast wifi. Washing machine for rent, and its cheap. Need to buy washing powder, but its just next door and cheap.

We were searching for hotel for one night near Saphan Taksin or Sarasak. I think it’s the best variant for this price level in this area. + Interesting design, spacious area near lobby for working or waiting, nice cafe inside and beautiful outside chill zone near hotel entrance. + We liked our comfort room for two on 1st floor, everything as described, clean, cozy, interesting room design and atmospheric view on rocky terrace with faux grass carpet. Great idea for rooms with wall view! + Chill neighborhood, big c and 7-11 right near entrance, street food, cafes, close to Sathorn pier and BTS. + Friendly staff.

This place was excellent value for money. The room was comfortable and filled with original decorations. The balcony was not a balcony for sitting on but it did let in natural light to the room. The curtains were black-out curtains and I had a great sleep! This is a perfect place to go out and enjoy the city and then return to sleep in comfort.

We liked it all. This is a unique hotel with an industrial type decor The cafe serves pleasant breakfasts and the staff could not have been more helpful. It is in a real community which makes for a good feel and there is all sorts of street food around. The hotel is well connected as it is close to Saphan Taksin BTS station and the boats on the river. The owner told us the interesting history of the place including the contributions to the development of Thailand made by his great grandfathers (which resulted in the property being granted to the family in its original usage) The whole place is unusual and unique. For a cheap-ish place in Bangkok, we would highly recommend it. Gill and Dave

I had to check in outside of regular hours and had no problems. I booked a private room and it was very comfortable, spacious, clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly and allowed me to have a late checkout when requested and also let me use their printer. It’s right across from a 7/11 and there’s an ATM down the road as well.
