The apartment is located in the most elite modern modern project. In the heart of Pattaya - this is the best project for respectability, quality, comfort and location. Apartment on the 6th floor with panoramic views of the pool, city. In the distance you can see the Sea. The apartment is 114 sq.m. Has three bedrooms with double beds 160-180 cm wide, two dressing rooms, three toilets, three showers, a Jacuzzi bath, a huge hall of 50 square meters, a large loggia of 12 square meters. Luxurious finish, full professional furnishing. Full kitchen equipment, washing machine, four flat screen televisions, two-door refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, rice cooker, combine, clothes drying, ironing facilities, four air conditioners. The apartment has panoramic windows on three sides: north, south, west. Curtains 100% block the light. There is a speakerphone from the lobby. On the territory of the parking lot, two entrances, two security guards, a huge swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sunbeds, tropical garden, fitness room, two lifts, dry cleaning, full accessibility for disabled people in the building, on site and in the pool. Internet is free in the apartment, in the lobby.

From the apartment there are wonderful panoramic views of the garden, the swimming pool, the city and in the distance you can clearly see the sea. The apartment has many TV channels and high-speed free internet. This is the only apartment in Pattaya, which has the most modern and best in Thailand system of five-step purification of drinking water based on membrane reverse osmosis. You do not need to buy drinking water daily for cooking in the store. This system saves you at least 100 baht per day. The construction of a new underground junction on the Sukhumvit highway has just been completed. Now the departure in the regions of Thailand and in Bangkok takes 3 minutes
