Pleasantly designed air-conditioned apartment with free wifi, free parking place in the garage, comfortable 180cm double bed, LED TV, large kitchen/living area, private bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, offers accommodation for 1-4 people. Located close to the biggest forest park and companies like IBM. City centre is easily accessible by bus in 10 minutes from bus stop, which is just 3 minutes walking distance from the apartment. The apartment is on top 6th floor. If you visit the city by car, private dedicated parking place is available only for you. You get a remote controller for the garage doors. There is a big elevator from the garage or entrance floor directly upstairs to the 6th floor. The apartment has a very nice view. Living area with kitchen has air-conditioning. The house has private garden with playground for children. Up to 4 visitors can sleep here, two in private bedroom with large double bed, two in convertible sofa in living area. Guests can access also kitchen equipment - small fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric induction hob, hand-operated lever coffee machine, kitchen utensils. Private bathroom with bathtub, washing machine. Separate toilets.
