Everything was to my satisfaction. Elena - the receptionist - is a star! This hotel is like a breath of fresh air in today's circumstances! ;) I highly recommend it, the staff willingness to help is great, off the charts! Wifi in the room was great! The room is spacious enough and has everything that is needed for work and rest. If you need to be near Stavropolskaya street (like near Kubansky State University) & you have an access to transportation - like a car or a taxi - this hotel is hands down the best option!!
