The hotel is very well located, steps away from main stores, city highlights and public transport. The room was very comfortable, clear, spacious, the bed was perfect to rest after a long day. The personnel are very friendly, Hamed and Faizal are very helpful and polite, both of them speak fluent English. Hamed was asking regularly if everything was alright and offering sending cleaning service when needed, additional to English we could also communicate in Spanish. I would definitely would back to Moscow and to Otokomae hotel.
