With the desire for our guests to enjoy a memorable stay, we wanted Residence ABBA Maritime to be the place that has the elegance of a hotel, comfort and home safety and the pleasure of being just two minutes from the beach and the Black Sea. The location includes two accommodation units, with hotel facilities: Royal Maritime Apartment, with dining area, HDTV, an equipped kitchen and a balcony from where you can see the sea and Studio Sailor's Dream- with breakfast preparation facilities (coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster, dishes and cutlery). Each of these accommodation units has its own bathroom. The rooms are spacious, with elegant furnishings and privacy. Each accommodation unit has a refrigerator, air conditioning, HD LED TV (in each room), relaxation area. The bathrooms are equipped with shower cabins, hairdryers . Accommodation capacity: Apartment- 4 persons, studio- 2 persons. The accommodation units are rented individually... or, ideally, the whole location!

The Faleza Nord Area, where you find Residence ABBA Maritime, is recognized as a select, quiet, with the main advantage being the location right by the Black Sea. Our property is located in the closest beachfront building in the Trei Papuci-Zoom Beach area. Here, just a 2-minute walk away, you will benefit from the recently expanded 100-meter wide beach with sunbeds (private) and beach bars as well as towels areas. The beach is also recognized for the potential of kiteboarding and kitesurfing. Just a 10 minutes' walk away is Dolphinarium, Planetarium and Micro Reservation within the Museum of Natural Sciences. Within 15 minutes walking distance is the entrance to MAMAIA resort and in just 20 minutes. (5 minutes by car or by public transport) can be reached in the Historic Center. There are restaurants where you can eat: Scoica, 4Friends - self-services - on Bd Mamaia, about 300 m from the property, Bonaccia pizza (150 m, on the Unirii street), Rumen (800 m, on the Unirii street ). There are also Mega Image supermarkets (100 and 500 m), Profi and DENISA (500 m). There is a large number of pharmacies in the area.
