The buffet breakfast was very good quality and the hosts very quickly refilled everything we've run out of. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet street but only 2 minutes walk from the main square.

Location is central to old part of Baia Mare, the only area worth visiting in town. The hotel has great solutions for after hours and before hours key drop off and retrieving. We arrived around 10:30 pm, and we were sent a video on instructions about the key location and on operating the lock box. AC works very well and the room is clean. The one girl in charge of breakfast and reception desk was helpful and very nice. Breakfast was good, eggs, cold cuts, cereal, preserves, bread, coffee, juice, tea, cheese, tomatoes and condiments.

This is a very well-run, classic Romanian guest house in an historic building in a great location. It has everything you need including a nice breakfast offered by cheerful and friendly staff. They all went out of their way throughout my stay to make sure I had everything I needed. This type of lodging is exactly what I want to find in my travels in Europe - clean, cozy, with everything you need but not too much and at a very fair price with wonderfully welcoming hosts. It is absolutely immaculate, and my room was big and comfortable. The bathroom was also spotless, with modern plumbing and plenty of hot water. Towels and sheets were good quality and abundant. The staff was flexible and hospitable with my very late arrival. The manager responded almost instantaneously to my inquiries ahead of time, and the kettle that I requested was indeed in my room on arrival. I would gladly stay here again!

Cleanliness. The location - so close to the old center. The interior design is pleasant and the ideas are pretty nice, but more attention should be paid to the details (borders, corners, even walls, etc)

It was quiet, it was centrally located, it was easy to get to. The staff, Alexandra, and the other young lady were very helpful, particularly Alexandra when I had to check out and then come back the next day. The coffee that was serve for breakfast was very good.
