Iasi is the cultural capital of Romania. It is a beautiful city which is very walkable. The Cultural Palace and Mall are very nice; it is a combination of the old and new separated by a wonderful outdoor space with cafes and grassy lawns.

The city centre is amazing, hence I recommend visiting Iasi for a few days, but not any longer or further from the city centre. I graduated from Iasi 10 years ago and expected some visible developments for the rest of the city, but with the deepest regret I suggest travellers to stick to the city centre. It's a generally safe city full of history but can, unfortunately, look forgotten.

A wonderful town!
A wonderful town! Lots of history, lots of inside and outdoor activities.
Excellent food, traditional but not only.
Very very nice people, always ready to help.
I'll go back with every occasion!
The hotel has a truly excellent location right in the middle of Iasi's historical center. Its prices are very affordable, especially considering that breakfast is included. It has very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is run by a religious youth organization, which gives it a lot of atmosphere. Most likely you will be having breakfast with some orthodox priests or nuns.
I stayed 2 nights in Perfect Host Palas Centru and the stay was excellent :) The place is in a very central area and has an easy access to Iaşi's main places of interest. The Room was neat and clean as well as the shower and the toilet. The staff were very nice and were ready to help and assist me with everything I needed. Highly Recommended
Absolutely wonderful. The apartment was amazingly clean, it had EVERYTHING you need, the bed was so comfortable, the little balcony was great. I loved everything about it, the host was very friendly and very helpful. One of the best apartments we’ve stayed in Romania. Can’t wait to come back 🤍
The hotel was very beautiful and located in the heart of the city. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated in a classic style. I really liked the extra large bed and the place to read by the window. My husband really liked the huge TV. The receptionist was very kind and helpful.
Apartments are very nice, modern, practical and right in the city center.
It’s the best place to stay in Iasi, not only value for money.
It wins also against the modern hotels in the area.
Coffee is on the house and 20% discount at the restaurant downstair.
Thank you very very much for hotel excellent location! Room view to "Unirea Square" inspired me to think about the glorious past of the city of Iasi. The Eiffel metal structure of the building also speaks to me a lot.

The apartment is in a great central location making it easy to explore Iasi. It is exactly as pictured and the bed is very comfortable. It is quiet and peaceful and well laid out.
The room was clean and spacious, good breakfast, and was close to the city center and Iasi airport. Parking is in front of the hotel and there is also a parking garage on-site.
The hotel has friendly staff, spotless rooms, modern restroom, clean towels, cable tv, air-condition, everything was outstanding ! I highly recommend Hottel Terra Iasi!
