What a wonderful stay it was!! Carla is one of the most wonderful hostesses ever! Her home is beautiful with dark woods, traditional Portuguese furniture and comfortable natural bamboo and rayan. She has great style! Our room was peaceful and quiet with windows looking out to the countryside- the bed was so comfortable! What a lovely surprise to come upon such a wonderful home!
Bodie- her sweet dog kindly welcomes guests! Such a great stay❤️

Areia Branca's beach restaurants are really comfortable and of high quality. The price level is affordable. There are a few very good restaurants in Lourinha that are preferred by the locals. They are also worth visiting. Restaurant Chakall on Areal beach was our favorite place during the afternoons. On Peralta Beach, a great small sea food restaurant popular with the locals, which we also liked. The best sea food restaurant in Foz with the most amazing sea view.AAnonymous

They took care of all the details, leaving us wine, water, cookies and treats. There were toys left in the living space for our children, and beach toys also incase we needed them. We used the barbeque one night, and absolutely enjoyed our stay. Beds were cozy, the towels were plenty, heaters were provided, although we did not need them. We love the town of Lourinha, and also used the time to pop up to Peniche for the WSL competition!

Vera gave us a warm welcome and many restaurant and location tips. Our personal highlight was the breakfast room with the awesome ocean view. We also enjoyed the calmness of this place. In only a few minutes you are at the beach where almost only locals chill (I can recommend the Cafe/Bar right there, the sandwiches are very good). I think this hotel is the perfect place for a few days and very romatic.
