There was a lot of care, consideration and attention to all of the details. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. Our host Rui was very congenial and generous in sharing the rich history of this historic building.

This property is so close to all transportation- train and tram. There are many nice restaurants nearby. The host, Rui, is very hospitable. His amiable nature made us feel welcomed. He sent us many recommendations on restaurants, beaches, and what to do to in town, etc. This accommodation is posh and decorated in an artsy way. All furnitures are extremely comfortable. The place smells fragrant. It’s evident that Rui has well-maintained his property. What’s more, there’s a parking spot inside that property that’s under the shelter. There is also a cute little outside patio for your morning coffee. In summary, all features functioning and in excellent maintained manner, quiet location and ardent host. This is the place that I would return to in Lisbon at any time.

Super petit bijou, pour visiter Lisbonne à deux, trois ou quatre. Très calme , à deux pas d'un train régulier qui vous amène au centre de Lisbonne. Ainsi vous démarrez votre journée au cœur d'un quartier paisible et avec tous les commerces au pieds de la maison. Vous pouvez garer votre voiture sous vos fenêtres, dans une cour privée pendant tout votre séjour, et partir à pieds visiter Lisbonne (plus de problèmes de stationnement, de bouchons ou d'amendes, votre voiture est en sécurité et vous vous êtes très mobile grâces au train ,bus et tramway). Et après une journée bien remplie, dans la foule et le bruit, vous arrivez dans cette petite maison typique , au frais et tranquille. De plus située près de la mer vous pouvez décider d'un bain en famille sans prendre la voiture. L'accueil du propriétaire est très chaleureux, il fait tout pourque votre séjour se passe bien (astuces et bonnes adresses).

Уютная квартира, с отдельным входом. Нам нужно было оставить чемоданы, раньше заселения. Спросили хозяина можем ли мы, привезти чемоданы в 11:00. и так совпало что что квартира была уже готова, так что наше заселение было в 11:00. Хозяин очень общительный, и на WhatsApp присылал много подробной информации ( как доехать и на чем до квартиры, где поесть, куда можно сходить… )
