I very much liked this studio apartment. One thing that stands out is the help and genuine concern for their residents expressed by the managers. They provided me with detailed info. about where to do my laundry, transfer from the train station, as well as helpful suggestions about sights and shops to visit. The studio, though on the small side, is comfortable and equipped with quality appliances, fixtures, and accessories, like plates and cutlery. I'd say the location is excellent, within easy walking distance of all the sights I wanted to see and within 0.1 miles of a Pingo Doce supermarket. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was well located down the hill. It was really clean and well equipped. The communications with the host made it easy to access the space. They also have staff at the reception, which is very useful (considering that someone was in our apartment when we arrive - but they relocated us immediately to another apartment). The room was a bit small but we had only few luggages so it was okay for a short stay. We were able to park to a paid parking not to far from the apartments. Recommended for a short stay in Coimbra!

Our suite was on the top floor with a view of the city. It was 4 flights of stairs up but worth it. We were only there 2 nights and wished it had been longer.

We loved the location. It was easy to walk to all the sites, close to restaurants and a large grocery store. The staff were so very welcoming and helpful in giving us tips and restaurant recommendations. The studio was exceptionally clean and the small kitchen was well equipped. A great place!

Beautiful apartment with everything you need for a short or long stay. Very clean and modern. Like any city location the noise may be a concern. We always bring ear plugs and slept well. The location is excellent! Parking at the Mercado was perfect. We always bring g a carry on just in case we cannot comfortably navigate stairs with larger suitcases. We were on the 4th floor so having small carry on to Replenish daily was important. At the Mercado parking lot we learned you can stay as long as needed for a small fee. Ask the attendant at the studio for details about a “lost ticket” when exiting the parking lot.

The location of the property was very close to the main attractions we wanted to see—we ended up just walking everywhere since we were so close. We also loved how clean the facilities were and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
