This was a very large well maintained apartment in a service apartments building with a front desk. The apartment was comfortable and the location was great. There were lots of good restaurants within walking distance and the Metro station was only a few blocks away. If I travel to Porto again I will definitely stay at Boa Vista Palace Serviced Apartments.

Spotlessly clean, 24 hour concierge who spoke great English, very quiet and only a few minutes walk to the metro which we used daily to get around. Several grocery stores, cafes, restaurants all within walking distance and if you wanted to walk downtown to a-lot of the major heritage sites it was a maximum 25 minute walk! The one bedroom was compact but large by European standards with Bosch appliances including washing machine and dishwasher and oven with stovetop. Absolutely everything you could need plus they tidied the place every day!

Arranged airport pickup for me. A person is always at the front desk to check guests in and answer any questions. Location felt secure and was walking distance to Metro, restaurants and supermarkets. Perfect for me as it was away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist crowds.

A spacious apartment located in a quiet area, with 3 (!) metro stations at a 5-10 min walking distance. 25 min walk to the Clerigos Tower. The English-speaking front desk security personnel is on duty 24x7, and the staff is very helpful. An excellent food court with multiple choices, as well as a shopping center and a supermarket, are nearby too.

Desk staff was amazing and helpful. Cleaning staff was so helpful. Walk up (from 7th floor) roof top lounge on one side and roof top wirk out center on the other side. Beautiful city views from the roof. Good washing machine though we never got the dryer part to work. The clothes dried quickly on the dryer rack. Bathroom wass roomy.

Plenty of space, full kitchen equipment, washing machine. Location is great. Stuff perfect. Much much better than a hotel. Parking space available at extra cost.

The location was perfect, outside of the mobbed historic center, and still within minutes of Porto's tourist hub. Metro station within a block and a half, various bus stops nearby and Uber is fast and inexpensive because Boavista is only about one mile and a half from Porto's center. We used the neighborhood small food markets, bakeries and pharmacies --all nearby. The Bango Sushi Restaurant downstairs became our favorite. The Bon Succeso Market food court is about six or seven blocks and there you can find a myriad of restaurants and cafes. Shopping Malls and Casa de Musica is also within a few blocks. Complete apartment cleaning is once a week with towel change and trash pickup in between.  All staff was helpful and courteous. The apartments are very modern. We chose the large one-bedroom and office unit and thoroughly enjoyed it.
