We had a room with a balcony. It was wonderful to watch the ocean. Terrific location 5 minute walk from the ocean and 5 minute walk into the centre of town. Easy to drive to. The owner, Armando, was very kind and helpful.

This hotel was a surprise find for us. The quality / price ratio is exceptional. Our room had a beautiful balcony with a table/lounge chair to take in those fantastic ocean views. Breakfast is included, we appreciated the local breads and the fabulous coffee. Free parking is available everywhere and we were lucky to park right next to the hotel entrance. Overall, a great stay. Obrigado! We will be back.

Staff was very welcoming and flexible: I had to cut my trip short (on short notice) and the owner accepted to refund me. Location is very central and has parking spots nearby. Overall it was good value for money.

We stayed here exactly one year ago and came back. The location is great; you walk right into the main street of the centre. It is a family-run place and the people are very friendly. The rooms are simple but clean. There is a small but handy parking garage under the hotel.

I liked its location at the beginning of the main street. Thus you were easily dropped off, and able to walk to the beaches, stores, and restaurants. I was given a partial ocean view room, and it was breezy and quiet. The hotel building looked old yet the shower had high-pressure and endless hot water. The hosts were nice and marked down restaurants on the map for me, and I liked their suggestions.

The location on the end of a long, wonderfully managed pedestrian mall with many very cute shops and places to eat. They had overnight parking available in an under-hotel garage for a reasonable price. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and even though we should know more Portuguese, it was nice that they were very proficient in their English. The room was comfortable. The shower was the small, square type that always leak a little but water was hot and plentiful. The room and hotel were spotlessly clean. The breakfast and coffee were excellent and a lovely start to the day. Our room looked out on a quiet street. Seaview rooms were not available.

Comfortable accommodation conveniently located close to Ericeira's old town, shopping streets and coast. Lots of restaurants and cafes around. Staff at the hotel were friendly. Breakfast was simple, but good. Great value for the location, comfort and services.
