Pérola do Algarve is a holiday apartment located in the heart of the Algarve. The apartment has a terrace with a view of almost 360º over the region, where you can see Loulé and the countryside, but from where you will also have a panoramic and mesmerizing view over the beach and its cliffs. The beach is only 100m away. Within this property you will be able to enjoy the sunset, breath in the healthy maritime air, and have an easy access to the common swimming pool. The Pérola do Algarve apartment, located at the beachfront of Quarteira, has two air-conditioned bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and direct access to the wondrous terrace of 70m² (and a spectacular sea view from the bed!). The second bedroom includes a bunk bed for two and a big sofa bed, which is also the apartment’s living room, with a TV set and a beautiful private balcony with sea views. Bed linen and towels are obviously included. The bathroom has a bidet and a bathtub with a soothing shampoo, shower gel and hair conditioner. The fully equipped and air-conditioned kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave, electric oven and dishwasher) also has direct access to the enormous panoramic terrace, with an inside dining table and an outside one. Guests can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool with a sun lounge and, at request, dispose of a private parking space in the building’s garage with direct access to the elevator.
Located in the golden triangle, Pérola do Algarve is the perfect stay to enjoy - a luxury holiday (close to Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, Vilamoura and most golf circuits); - a nature holiday (close to Ria Formosa, birdwatching highlight spots, good access to pine tree walks and 100m from Quarteira beach); - an active sport holiday (great opportunities for biking, running along the coast, surfing, wind surfing, kite surfing, swimming, and much more); - a relaxing stay (with a private terrace of 70m², condominium pool and facilities that are all reachable by feet); - an alive city vacation (enjoy Quarteira, that is also next to Vilamoura where pubs and parties are abundant, close connections to the vibrant city of Loulé and easy access to big shopping centers like Mar Shopping with the outlet and IKEA).
