The latest location was great! When we arrived our host had left us a chilled bottle of wine, fresh bread and fresh pasteries, homemade jam and a bowl of fresh fruit! The outdoor patio was delightfull to spend a relaxing evening . Our host Ana was so helpful and welcoming!

The host Ana is terrific. She is extremely helpful and congenial. She prepared a loaf of bread, cookies, jam, water, two beers and a small bottle of home made wine for us. The beds are very comfortable. And small garden outside the room is full of green. The place is quiet. Will love to come back and highly recommend to everyone

The Casinha was wonderful. It was so comfortable, clean and well appointed. Ana was incredibly welcoming and a gracious host. She made every effort to make our stay awesome. She even had nice treats for us in the kitchen upon our arrival! So thoughtful. We would stay there again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to others. Busses to the historic center and park monuments are easy to catch on the main road which is a short walk away. There are also restaurants and little markets within walking distance.

This place and our host Ana were nothing short of amazing. The house is in the most beautiful, hidden green little garden, fit with a patio, sun ombrella and chairs, and so many beautiful plants and fresh herbs. And the little house itself is great, so welcoming and provided with all comforts - even sunscreen and towels for the beach! The kitchen is fully furnished (oven, microwave, several types of coffee makers!), and lovely Ana kindly left us stocked with great local and homemade goodies, delicious pastries, enough coffee to last us the whole week, all sorts of yummy food and fresh fruit/vegetables, for many breakfasts and lunches! Oh... and did I mention the beautiful kitties that roam the property? The most welcome bonus, to me! This was the most welcoming and hospitable experience of travel I've had ever, across many countries. Thank you so much again to our wonderful host Ana!

So many unexpected extras provided with this property. Food, drinks, lollies etc. It was in a brilliant location in old town Sintra. The hostess was marvellous. I broke a plate and her first reaction was "I hope you didn't hurt yourself".A lovely lady.
